EDS test of aviation plugs for all metal parts shows that the silver-plated copper-zinc alloy on the surface of metal parts of metal bars and other metal parts have no copper-zinc-silver raw materials, light blue corrosion, and migrated silver film are one component of metal-metal contact. The insulation of all components is analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. Polyester, silica gel and PVC (encapsulation glue) were used for ion chromatographic analysis of encapsulation glue and normal degumming commodities respectively. The results showed that the failure product packaging glue with chloride ion content was 1.8 times that of normal product. The presence of chloride ion in humid environment would greatly promote the corrosion of metal parts and the formation of ionic conductive path.
